Supply Chain Manager


Supply Chain Manager to support the production and maintenance of Intelligent Medical Devices


Work Location: Rome – Italy – Viale Ostiense 131/L


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and monitor the company’s supply chain strategy.
  • Improve productivity.
  • Reduce costs by ensuring material quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams (Electronics, Mechanical, Software, Quality) to define cost strategy.
  • Keep track of the company’s logistics and inventory.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance.
  • Maintain inventory.
  • Manage customs reports for all shipments (inbound, outbound, T1, etc.).


Qualification – Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management of medical devices or electromechanical equipment.
  • Proven experience in materials management: purchasing and procurement.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Work proactively with other team members and external suppliers.

The plus will be the knowledge of one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, IEC 60601-1 and 60601-1-2.


Minimum Required Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics o Business will be a plus.
  • English language speaking.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Good soft and relationship skills.


Physical Requirements

  • Expected travel is 30% in Italy, 10% RoW
